Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation & Refunds:
Once registered and payment made for any of our online training program, there will not be any cancellation and no refund will be applicable except in case the registration is cancelled at least 7 days prior to start of the training program.
- Cancellation prior to 7 days before start of the training program:
In case the participant has registered for the training program and payment is made and he /she wishes to cancel the registration, the participant needs to inform us on firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 days prior to start of the training program to claim full refund of the amount. The refund will be processed only after the completion of the training (short term training up to few hours) or after the start of the training program (in case of long-term training programs that run for weeks), after making sure that the participant has not participated in the training program. The refund will be processed into the same account from which the payment was made. In such cases, Zyirn will not be liable to raise any invoice or issue any cancellation or refund letter. The participant has to inform us on email@example.com about the receipt of the amount.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the training program:
If the participant has registered for the training program and payment is made and he /she wishes to cancel the registration within 7 days before the start of the training program, there will not be any refund for the amount paid. But in case the cancellation request is received more than 24 hours and up to 7 days before the start of the training program, we can issue the credit note and can adjust the participant in any other training program of equal training fee or in case the training fee is more than registration charges for the cancelled training program, the fee of cancelled training program will be deducted from the fee of the next training program and the participant has to pay only the balance amount for the next training program. No refund will be processed in this case.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the training program:
If the participant has registered for the training program and payment is made and he /she wishes to cancel the registration within 24hours before the start of the training program, no cancellation will be allowed during that time and no refund will be applicable.
- Cancellation after the start of the training program:
No cancellation is allowed once the training program starts and no refund will be applicable.
Money back guarantee is void if the participant has participated in the online training program for any amount of time or any duration of time.
Zyirn reserves the right to postpone /cancel an event / training program because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like natural calamities, earthquakes, riots, strikes, political instability, etc.). In case the training program is postponed, the above cancellation policy will come in force with respect to the new date of the training program. If Zyirn cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
Refund request can be initiated in two ways:
Refund request can be initiated only when the cancellation is done more than 7 days in advance (before start of the training) or if Zyirn cancels the training program, kindly get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org and get confirmation about your refund eligibility. The refund will be processed within 7 days from the confirmation and refund will be processed into the same account from which the payment was made.
Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 7 to 10 working days post intimation by the customer. This refund will be processed by the payment gateway.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the refund request is approved by Zyirn.
Refund of the failed transaction:
In situations where the client has registered for the training and the payment is made with amount debited from participants account, but due to technical difficulty does not reflect in Zyirn account. In such conditions, registration is not confirmed. Zyirn team will track the transaction and if we receive the payment, we will confirm your participation in the said training or can reschedule it to the next batch. For any reason, if the participation and registration of the client are not confirmed, if the payment is received at our end, we will process the refund in the same amount from which the payment was made. Our team will coordinate with you at every step of the payment failure process.
